Dr. Hans Peter Kleebinder

Hans-Peter is an independent expert for #SMARTMobility, SMARTCites and #MAAS working as an international speaker, curator, moderator as well as Innovation and VC scout with 24 year experience @BMW, MINI and Audi as General Manager, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Sales Officer and Chief Customer Officer.

His footprints include global launch of the BMW 3Series, first digital platforms for BMW Group, the brand and market launch of MINI, market leadership at Audi, both in Germany and establishing Social Media strategy and operations, concluding as head of the Audi Customer Dieselgate Taskforce.

He acts as member of the advisory board of the German Association of eMobility (NGO) and is lecturer for influencer marketing at University of St. Gallen. In his hometown Munich he is launching a master programme #SMARTMobility and #SMARTCity Management to further strengthen the role as THE European Future Mobility hub.

His family with three kids lives in the Munich outback and in the Tirol mountains in Austria. He drives a MINI Clubman and Bully T6 and looks forward to his Tesla 3 and Microlino.

For him mobility is a basic human need, right and the fundament for our personal autonomy and for liberal and prosperous societies. He personally follows a holistic path supporting intermodular seamless mobility of persons, goods and data which is user centric and driven by customers. With smart mobility and smart cities enabled by digitalisation we have now the chance to conquer back our personal autonomy and to improve the quality of our lives for us and our future generations.
