Amy Chen is the Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the PepsiCo Greater China Snacks Category. She is focused on delivering sustainable, market-leading revenue and share growth through a portfolio of beloved consumer brands that includes Lays, Cheetos, and Doritos. In addition, she is responsible for leading the innovation and portfolio transformation agenda for the snacks category.
Amy previously held a number of roles in PepsiCo’s North America business across the sales, operations, innovation, and marketing functions.
Amy is a strategic thinker, a passionate people leader, and a strong believer that business – and brands – can be a force for social good. She serves on PepsiCo’s Global Human Rights Operating Committee and the steering committee for Food for Good, a PepsiCo initiative focused on inner city nutrition in the United States that she helped found in 2009.
Amy previously worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company. She has an M.B.A. and a J.D. from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree in chemistry from Harvard.
