Joined the Alibaba Group in September, 2017, Lin is responsible for managing the National Uni-Media Business Center after Youku’s commercial advertisement team was integrated with Alimama.
Graduated from Renmin University of China with a degree in Enterprise Management, Lin once worked in Shell China, Castrol, and BP China’s Department of Consumer Motor Oil.
When serving as the vice president of the Unilever Marketing Department, Lin was responsible for brand and marketing management of all skin cleansing products in China, such as Lux, Dove, Lifebuoy, Lynx, and Hazeline. Besides introducing brands such as Dove, Lynx, and Lifebuoy to China, he also launched the overall marketing strategy and the “Phoenix plan”, making Unilever develop rapidly in China’s body wash industry within four years.
